| We require a Visa/MasterCard number to hold the room & act as damage deposit |

| Once booked all units will be charged a $15 administration fee for any cancellation. |

| All units must be cancelled 3 days prior to booking or a 50% charge will apply. |

|
|
|
|
|
| Any guest not showing up at all will be fully responsible to pay for the unit rented. |
